We have a duty of care policy which extends far beyond simply looking after our customers. We like to do our bit for the environment too. As such we actively encourage and pursue remote working, adopting for the most part a paperless working methodology. We have already had our all our staff‘s office energies analysed and carbon-offset so we are pleased to announce that we are operationally carbon-neutral. This we have done by donating monies to UK based land projects to the tune of £10.00 per tonne of carbon.

In addition we will plant 6 saplings at the end of the year, as these grow and mature they will output enough oxygen for about 50 people a year as well as absorbing four and a half tones of carbon dioxide over their lifetime

In addition both customers and suppliers are encouraged to settle monies by direct bank transfer which whilst only a minute step continues the company’s philosophy of being as green and as careful to our environment as we can.

Wherever possible we will purchase & use a percentage of recycled paper/ card within the printed packaging we undertake. Additionally we actively promote the use of the Mighty Card Wallet, which has proved a very successful and satisfactory substitute to plastic DVD cases that had so far been a standard and has drastically cut the plastic DVD cases we use. These are a fair bit lighter and thinner too so fuel transportation/ distribution costs are also reduced.
